Medicare is the federal health insurance program. It provides coverage for millions of people living in the United States.

Medicare-Who Qualifies?

People 65 and older that are U.S. citizens, have resided in the U.S. for at least 5 years and have worked at least 10 years in Medicare covered employment.

Medicare-2020 Updates!

There have been increases in premiums and hospital impatient deductibles and coinsurance for 2020.   Luckily these are small increases.  Many people don’t pay a monthly premium for Part A.  This is sometimes called premium-free Part A. For people that do buy Part A, B, C, and D there are likely changes.
