Help Paying Debt

Personal Loans, Grants and Debt Consolidation Loans

Handling financial stress strategically and with wisdom is essential for getting out of debt and to get ahead.   Unfortunately, at some point,  almost everyone needs some kind of help paying debt.   Even if you have recently struggled with credit issues there are still often many options available.

If you are in need for financial assistance there is often a variety of grant and loan options.  Sometimes a small personal loan or grant is sufficient to get you past a sticking point.   If you already have debt from more than one source, debt consolidation loans can often save you money, time, and headache.  Keep in mind, every % point matters in saving you money today and through the end of a loan.  If you can consolidate a few loans with higher interest rates you may be able to both save money and pay off your debt sooner.  Having one debt loan seems to be less overwhelming for many than managing many small loans.

Unclaimed Money from the Government

Unclaimed Money and Property

You deserve the MONEY or ASSETS that are rightfully YOURS!

Did you know that California alone gains $400 million in unclaimed assets every year!

I always felt that it would be tragic if somewhere, somehow even possibly through an ancestor that I had some kind of unclaimed property or asset unbeknownst to me or my family. Well, this just happened to me last week… I stumbled across Money that was owed to my little sister. I had been searching online for information about my Gradfather whom had passed, and fell upon the Governements unclaimed money website.

I had heard how people have come across money or property that is rightly theirs. This could be anthing from forgotten unpaid wages or pensions to property or tax refunds. Since the 1950’s , the state of California has taken over 28.4 million different unclaimed assets. As of 2015, this was worth an estimated 7.2 Billion! In some cases after so much time, the state will reclaim the property. This can create another revenue stream for the states. Unfortunately, mainy states have become more focused and aggressive about finding the assets, and not the follow through of searching for the rightfull owners.  The sad fact is that it’s up to the individual to seek out and stake their claim to their own property!

If the government owes you money and you do not collect it, then it’s unclaimed. This applies to anything from property. bank and credit union failures, pensions, tax refunds, Insurance claims and other sources. The following information explains where to look for unclaimed money and how you can avoid scams related to unclaimed funds.

Currently, the government does not have one central website for finding unclaimed money by name, Social Security number, or state. To find unclaimed money from the government, start with your state. Then you can check a number of other sources, such as:
